Once again, Peter gets his preach on. This time, it’s to give Jesus glory for the healing of the lame man earlier at the Gate Beautiful. As people are staring and apparently giving Peter and John way too much credit, Peter recounts the crucifixion and the resurrection – and holds nothing back in loving conviction. While he asks the Hebrew people to hold themselves accountable, he also leaves them with the great hope of restoration when this same Jesus returns.
