Just as the Bible provides us with a blueprint of how we should live our lives, the story of Pentecost provides us with a blueprint of what the Spirit-filled Church can expect from those who know nothing yet of the Spirit-filled life. By way of hurricane-force winds and Gospel-speaking tongues from every nation present, the massive crowd in Jerusalem was amazed, perplexed, and critical of what they saw and heard. And those reactions should be exactly what the Church should still be producing today!
