Peter preached one heck of a Pentecost sermon. It was so good, in fact, that 3,000 folks were convicted, challenged, and convinced by the Holy Spirit that day to trust in Jesus Christ as their Messiah, crucified and resurrected! He preached part of a prophecy from the Old Testament prophet Joel about locusts, divine judgment, and divine grace. There is a part of that prophecy that is supposed to still be “being fulfilled” in today’s Church. I wonder how we’re doing with prophecy, dreams, and visions?
